It is truly humbling to be selected as someone's wedding photographer. We do not take the responsibility lightly, and we will work hard to deliver photos that you and your family will cherish for a lifetime.

What can I expect if I book you?
The most important thing for you to know is that we want your wedding day to be as perfect as you do. Sara has many years of experience photographing weddings (read more about Sara in the "About" section on the website). She will meet with you early on in the process to discuss your goals for photography and to answer questions you have about the products or process. She will have you go through the list of shots that you want and make sure that everyone is on the same page. Sara is always available for you to ask questions and she will plan another meeting about two weeks before the wedding to go over any final details. All of this preparation helps to makes your wedding day smooth and effortless!

 

Do you offer engagement sessions?
Sure do! Engagement sessions are an hour long and you get all the final digital files. The fee for this is $450. If you are booking us for your wedding, you can add on an engagement session for half off!

How is payment due?
A deposit of at least half the total amount is due 3 months prior your wedding date; this reserves the date for your event. The remaining half of the balance is due no later than the day of the wedding. Payments can be made by cash, check, or through an app like PayPal or Venmo. We do offer full refunds as long as the cancellation is made within one month of the wedding date. If cancellation occurs with less that one month's notice, the photographer retains half of the total package fee.

 

How long until I get my images to view?
The typical turn-around time for your images is about 6 weeks. We often give a sneak peek within days so you can share some images on social media, etc. We totally understand the excitement and are often anxious to show you your images! Once your final images are ready, we will release your online gallery for viewing and downloading, and from there, you can choose your print(s) and other products.

 

I notice that your packages include printed pieces. Why is that?
We feel very strongly that every family should have at least one professional print from their photo shoot. The quality of our prints far exceeds that of most local print centers. It's very easy to let digital files sit on a computer or hard drive and never be seen. Printed pieces are timeless and they offer a beautiful memory of your day.
